white wine vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- splash maple syrup
- 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- black pepper, to taste
- handful of parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together and refrigerate to let flavors meld.
