Sweet chili garlic sauce

Ingredients

• 3 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
• 2 tsp chopped cilantro or scallions
• sprinkle of red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Mix in a bowl and store in an airtight container.
