napa cabbage and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 head of napa cabbage, chopped thinly
- 4 oz of cremini mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- salt, to taste
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil on low in a skillet. Fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Throw in the mushrooms, fry for a minute until softened.
Put in napa cabbage, and stir until well-combined. Salt to taste, and then pour in coconut aminos.
When everything has softened and the flavors have melded, take off the heat.
