napa cabbage and mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil on low in a skillet. Fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  2. Throw in the mushrooms, fry for a minute until softened.

  3. Put in napa cabbage, and stir until well-combined. Salt to taste, and then pour in coconut aminos.

  4. When everything has softened and the flavors have melded, take off the heat.
